Fact: when you're healthy on the inside, you look great on the outside. No one lives this more than SukinВ ambassador and Byrdie Australia contributor Bianca Cheah-her post-yoga glow is something we like to emulate on the regular (hashtag, we woke up like this). So how exactly does she keep her skin so luminous? Keep scrolling for Bianca's top five tips for getting that glow-is the proof in the chia pudding?

1. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate

"I can't express how much water makes such a difference to my skin's look and feel. The more water I drink, the more plump, clear and bright my skin is. If I don't drink enough water, my skin feels tight and becomes dull. Water flushes out the toxins in the body, so you can only imagine how good this is for your skin!"

2. Eat fresh, clean foods

"My diet consists of mostly lean protein, fresh vegetables, almonds, chia puddingsВ andВ marine collagen. And 20 percent of the time I'll have my vices. I'm all about balance. I always say, 'Love your body by fuelling it with the right foods and it will love you right back.'"

3. Cleanse

Sukin Sensitive Cleansing Lotion $9.95Shop

"The most important part of my skincare routine! I work out and wear makeup daily, so cleansing my skin not only clears the dirt, sweat and makeup from my skin, but also allows my skin to breathe. This is super important at night, as thisВ is when skinВ repairs itself.В During the day, skin is protecting itself from the external elements, so this is when you should moisturise and useВ sunscreen. My advice:В just keep your skin clean at night."

4. Exfoliate

Sukin Oil Balancing Pore Refining Facial Scrub $12.95Shop

"I have normal/combination skinВ and in the summer, I have a very oily T-zone. Because of my skin type, my skin looks and feels its best when I exfoliate with this Sukin exfoliator three to fourВ times per week. Sloughing away those old, dead skin cells helps to clear the skin. If I don't do this, my pores and skin also become dull and blocked, which then results in pimples and blackheads. Yuck."

5. Moisturise

Sukin Super Greens Nutrient Rich Facial Moisturiser $12.95Shop

"My mother always taught me to moisturise. It's the perfect preventive to the signs of ageing. I moisturise morning and night, butВ I just don't wipe it on my face. Since the age of 21, I've used a Japanese method called shiatsu. It's finger strokes (using the pads of your middle and ring finger) in upward motions, utilising the pressure points in theВ face. It's not only soothing, but super relaxing-it's another way I like to manage my stress and unwind of a night. On another note, if you don't moisturise, then your skin over-compensates and produces more oilВ because it feels dry. This is when you get an excess of oil production and blocked pores begin to form, resulting in pimples. So my tip is to always moisturise!"
